Adidvara Job Habba supported by the Department for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens (DWDSC), the Karnataka Skill Development Authority (KSDA), and the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) brings together stakeholders working toward expanding employment access for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
The event will convene employers from sectors including IT, retail, manufacturing, BFSI, hospitality, and services. More than 500 job seekers with disabilities, representing all 21 notified disability categories, are expected to participate. The platform will facilitate direct recruitment as well as structured interactions between employers and candidates. This edition incorporates AI-driven candidate–job-role matching to align skills with employer requirements, enabling outcome-focused hiring.
Speaking about the launch, Prateek Madhav, CEO & Co-Founder of ATF, said “The Adidvara Job Habba embodies an ecosystem approach to disability inclusion by bringing training, technology, and employment onto a single platform. Through Assistive Technology and AI-driven talent matching, we ensure candidates are meaningfully aligned with opportunities that fit their skills and aspirations. With the support of DWDSC, KSDA, and KSDC, we are working to create sustainable, dignified career pathways for PwDs. This Job Habba marks an important step in reimagining India’s approach to inclusive employment.”
ATF has introduced a pre-employment training pipeline that includes job-readiness sessions, communication and workplace skills, digital literacy, and role-specific preparation to support candidate preparedness.
