टेलीकॉम कर्मचारी प्रगतिशील संघ की ओर से टेलीकॉम पेंशनभोगी प्रगतिशील संगठन केंद्रीय मुख्यालय, डी.4, अतुल ग्रोव रोड, नई दिल्ली – 110 001।
राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक आज राजस्थान चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज, एम.आई. रोड, जयपुर पर आयोजित हुई।
राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी की बैठक में खुला सत्र रखा गया जिसमें अनेक हस्तियों ने संगठन एवं स्वयं की समस्याएं रखी। इस अवसर पर स्वागत भाषण एल. राशिद खान, उपाध्यक्ष, एलपीएफ और कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष, टीईपीएलआई ने किया। वहीं सीताराम बैरावा, महासचिव, प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी, राजस्थान/एआईओएस टीपीपीओ ने अतिथियों स्वागत राजस्थान की परम्परानुसार साफा पहनाकर किया।
उद्घाटन भाषण के. नटरासन, अखिल भारतीय अध्यक्ष, एलपीएफ, को.सी. वल्लुवन, अखिल भारतीय कोषाध्यक्ष, एलपीएफ का रहा। इस अवसर पर विशिष्ठ अतिथि डॉ. के.एल. जैन, अध्यक्ष, चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज, अतिथि विक्रम मालवीय, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, राजस्थान सर्कल, विजयकुमार नेमीवाल, पीजीएम, राजस्थान सर्कल एवं जयपुर जिला अध्यक्ष पूर्व पार्षद ज़ाकिर खान रहे। अतिथि में श्रीमती नुसरत फरीदा, हाजी हारून गयावी एवं ज्योतिषी अजय अग्रवाल रहे।
समारोह में पधारे लोगों का धन्यवाद ज्ञापन जे. विजयकुमार, संयुक्त सचिव, एलपीएफ और महासचिव, टीईपीयू ने किया।
इस अवसर पर गणमान्य व्यक्तियों को शॉल और स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट उनका सम्मान किया गया। इस कार्य के लिए ए. चेल्लापांडियन, महासचिव, टीपीपीओ की सराहना की गई।

ACTIVITIES OF TPPO-CHQ submitted BEFORE THE CWC for the period from October-2025 to 27-March-2026
1. The CWC was held on 09-10-2025, at New Delhi in the LPF Office, Our LPF President Shri.K.NATARAJAN, Presided the working committee.
2. The CWC insists the CHQ Office Bearers to liberally contribute the donation of Rs.500/per month as decided in the previous meeting till the financial condition improves. But it is noticed that it was given by some members only.
3. The decision of holding the CWC during the month of February -March-2025 at Jaipur(Rajasthan) postponed, due to weather condition prevails at that time, and held on 09-10-2025 at New Delhi.
4.. The following activities were held during the period under review:
5, Our Beloved M.P, Mr.M.SHANMUGAM, the LPF General Secretary written more than 5 letters to the Communication Ministers to consider the Court verdict in accepting the pension revision to BSNL/MTNL absorbed pensioners. Further, our leader met the Minister in person and discussed about this issue.
6, The burning issue prevailed at Tamilnadu, the funds credited at Tamilandu Govt. Telecommunications Co-operative Society by the erstwhile staff of BSNL were not refunded for years together. Our M.P Shri.M.Shanmugam took steps alongwith other M.Ps with the co-operative Minister and its registrar. The initiative has been taken in this issue and expecting a positive result.
7. This Association submitted letter for inclusion of “Terms of Reference” in the 8th CPC to the Secretary, Telecom. New Delhi
8. This Association submitted letter to The Jt.CCA(Pension), O/O, The PCCA, TN Cle, Chennai protesting the shifting of service Book of the retired Pensioners from the existing place to the 4th floor of CCA vide letter dated 18-02-2026
9. The mass struggle in Telecommunications on 6,7 & 8 during September 2000 brought the pension scheme. Our Leaders Com, V.SUbburaman, Com, Vallinayagam, com.R.Venkatraman sponsored and our beloved M.P sri.A.Raja with and severe action with the Union Government. -2-
10. The Union Government introduced a Finance Bill-2025 regarding validation of the CCS(Pension) Rules, 1972 taking the authority to discriminate between future and past Central Government pensioners in RAJYA SABHA on 25-03-2025 and passed it. The Hon.ble Supreme Court in its judgment in Civil Appeal No.10857 of 2016 ruled that there is no valid justification to create TWO CLASSES of PENSIONERS VIZ One who retired prior to 1996 and another who retired post1996 for grant of revised pension. To Nullify this judgment, the Union Government has come out with through the Finance BILL to deprive and betray the pensioners.
11. This provoked the entire class of pensioners on agitational path. The “NATIONAL CO-ORDINATION COMMITTEE OF PENSIONERS ASSOCIATION” took this issue on hand and called other associations to join with the struggle. Simultaneously, it was brought to the notice of Our beloved Shri.M.Shanmugam, M.P. In turn, a letter to Finance Minister & Prime Minister have been handed over to them and discussed.
12. Our TPPO Organization took the matter of getting the solidarity of other Unions/Associations in this struggle and called for unity struggle through letter, email & watsapp. YES, A thick solidarity struggle support arise towards the country. An association under banner “FORUM OF CIVIL PENSIONERS ASOCIATION” has been formed. All the associations are enrolling in that and paid quotas. Legal Fund called for to fight in the Court of Law. This Association has contributed Rs.10,000 for the same. Representation to this Association in FCPA by allotting Jt.Convenor post to Sri.D, Anbalagan
13. An online meeting was held under the presidentship of Com.Shiva Gopal Misra and Com.K.Ragavendran, secretary general in which more than 35 leaders from various states participated.
14. Special Convention at important cities was held protesting against the Invalidation Act
a) Rally in states & submission of memorandum to Governor & M/Psb). Delhi challo demonstration on 10-10-2025c). Filing case against validation clause in Supreme Courtdone during October-2025
d) On 26-08-2025, a huge attendance nearly more than 1300 attended a seminar at Raja Annamalai Madram, Chennai in which several leaders were addressed the meeting. Our DGS sri.D.Anbalagan, addressed the meeting., TPPO CHQ Treasurer Shri.T.Devaraj, and Sri.J. ViJayakumar, the joint secretary of LPF were represented.
e) Several dharnas in Chennai City infront of several offices were held with thick attendance. Our Leaders in Chennai MR.J.Vijayakumar, Jt.secy, LPF, Abdus samad, AIVP, TPPO, Com.S.Sundaramurthty, DGS were attended
f) The activities of Union Government against the Labour interest, farmers interest warrented countrywide agitation and at Trichy on 23-01-2026 under the leadership of Our LPF Leader Thiru.K.Natarajan in which our Leaders A.sellapandian and others were participated in the demonstrations.
g) likewise the antilabour, farmers welfare act of the union Government was condomened on 12-02-2026 in the Rajarathnam Stadium, in which our leaders Mr K.Natarajan, Vijayakumar, TPPO, Mr.k.Krishnan, TEPU president, Abdus samad, AIVP, Sundaramurthy, DGS were participated.
h) Likewise, organization of demonstrations were held at Madurai, in which Our General Secretary, Com.A.Chellapandian. G.S, Smt. Maheswari Murugan, secretary, LPF and other leaders were participated in the agitations. The Comrades in Trichy were also organized demonstrations alongwith other NCPA leaders.
i) On 27-02-2026, a special conference was held at Sri Raja Annamalai Mandram, Chennai insisting against the invalidation Act by the Union Government. Our DGS Shri.D.Anbalagan, Shri, J. Vijayakumar, Secy, LPF. Shri.S.Nagarajan, AGS, TPPO were participated. The Political Leaders Hon.T K S.Elangovan, Ex-MP, Shri.D.Ravikumar, MP, Shri.D.Balasubramanian, President FCPA, Shri. Rajasekar, Circle Secretary, Shri.K.Govindaraj, AGS, AIBDPA, Shri.D.Gopalakrishnan, CHQ President, AIBSNLPWA, and other vetern leaders addressed the conference.
17. The 8-th CPC was constituted, approved by the Cabinet, headed by Retired Supreme Court Judge Ranjan Desai Committee on October-2025 and the report has to be submitted within 18 months.
ORGANISATIONAL MATTERS:
1. The Tamilnadu Circle Conference of TEPU & TPPO & District conference was held at Erode, on 16-02-2025.
2. The District conferences of TPPO Madurai held on 25-06-2024,, puducherry on 24-05-2025
3. Through TPPO-CHQ watsapp, several messages have been furnished day by day manner and the members are kept in live by sharing the messages and reciprocal with us. The important messages were translated in Tamil and delivered through TPPO-CHQ watsapp.
4. Senior veteran leader MR.R.Venkatraman has crossed the age of 80 and this Organization tendered the well wishes to him.
5. To strengthen the newly established NCCPA, This TPPO has been affiliated with that federation and this organization been accommodated in TN FCPA as joint convenor.
6. Functioning of association at all level has to be done periodically and there should not be any lapse.
LET US MARCH AHEAD WITH FULL VIGOUR AS THE TINY IRON WILL BREAK THE MOUNTAIN.
