National Award-winning composer and singer Amit Trivedi delivered a mesmerizing performance at the Bowring Institute’s main lawns, headlining an exclusive gala evening that kicked off Bengaluru’s 2026 cultural calendar in grand style. Despite battling a fever, Trivedi took the stage with infectious energy, captivating over 500 attendees with his signature “soulful-meets-electric” style, blending chart-topping hits from films like Dev.D, Queen, and Udta Punjab.
The crowd went ga-ga over his soulful numbers, grooving thoroughly to every beat and celebrating his electrifying stage presence alongside his troup Devendra Pal Singh, Janhavi Jain, Meghana Mishra, and Arun Kamath. From heartfelt ballads to high-energy anthems, be it Jai ho Shankara, Udta Punjab, Gulaboo and his innumerable chartbusters, Trivedi’s setlist took the audience on a curated journey through his illustrious career, creating an unforgettable night under the stars at the historic venue.
